This was bought at a local police seizure auction in early 2020 which is why there is the auction sticker on the front of the box of which you can be assured this has been verified by the original auction house seller.

Please note: I am not sure if the iPhone is unlocked so please do your own diligence.

Also the iPhone 4S no longer receives iOS updates from Apple. Make sure all apps you need are compatible. Many cellular carriers will no longer support devices running on old software even if they are unlocked.
