A Bachmann OO gauge 31-975 British Railways Standard Class 3MT 2-6-2T steam tank locomotive number 82029 in lined black livery with the early post-nationalisation BR crest printed on the tank sides.

The model is well detailed and features wire hand rails, sprung buffers, lamp irons, stepped bunker and cab roof ventilator. It has a shed plate on the smokebox door (51A - Darlington)

It is in excellent condition with very good livery with some usage wear but no significant marks. It has been cleaned but some dust remains and it would benefit from a light clean. All detailing is in place but the front left buffer has become detached. It detached where it joins the buffer bar and is unbroken. It will stay in place but detaches easily so needs a permanent fix.

On the track, it is 8-pin DCC Ready so just needs a decoder plugging in to be compatible with digital layouts. It runs very well in both directions. It is supplied in its original Bachmann box complete with interior protective clamshell pack, a detail pack and an outer sleeve. There are no instructions.
