1998 Mattel Nickelodeon Rugrats Talking Doll Stop My Hiccups Dil Works! See Pics

This doll has been tested and works. The movement and voice both work which is rare for a toy this old. I will include new batteries. Please see the photos. He’s got quite a bit of wear. Someone decided to write with marker on his forehead. I didn’t try very hard to get it off but can’t guarantee either way.
