Only 6 Jacksonville, Florida handstamp named labels recorded (Scott FX-JA2). This is the sixth one found and has been added to the census.

Rare!

Large 2-cent stationary with a pair of 2-cents Washington and a 10-cents Webster (#283) First Bureau Series stamps. The 16-cents of total postage paid the registry fee (8-cents) and four times the domestic rate of 2-cents/ounce. Cuba was a U.S. Possession in 1902 and benefited from domestic postal rates.

Only one FX-JA2 exchange label has sold recently (that I could find).
