In this listing we have a really nice Barbie doll outfit. This doll outfit was released by Mattel as part of the Barbie Collector line and originally came with the 2024 Birthday Wishes doll. You’ll get most of what the doll was wearing. There’s a lovely dress made from a purple satin fabric with a really pretty floral patter, matching tulle details at the shoulder straps and bottom hem, a pair of light blue strappy high heels, and a white plastic bracelet. This outfit is designed to fit the Model Muse body and will fit dolls with a similar sized body and feet. The dress closes in the back with Velcro and the bracelet and shoes have an opening in the back to go on the doll. This outfit was made in Indonesia. My pictures came out a little saturated, the colors are a bit more muted in person.

This doll outfit is in good shape. It has never been played with and was just removed from the box. It does have some factory related issues. The dress is in good shape. It has excess threads in the back where the Velcro is sewn on, at the back where the shoulder straps are attached to the bodice, and at the back bottom hem. The tulle on the shoulder straps and the bottom hem are intentionally unhemmed. When looking up close at the edges in some spots the tulle was cut out a little ragged. It’s not terrible, but when looking up close at it, you can see it’s not as perfect as it could be. The back bottom hem is a little uneven with one side a little longer compared to the other. On the shoulder straps there is a clear elastic sewn in to help keep it in place when on the doll. The clear elastics will age poorly over the years. They will discolor, crack, and go sticky. It’s fine now, but over time this will happen. Just the nature of the material. Mattel did use those small plastic tabs to hold the doll skirt in place in the box. These left a small hole on the front and back of the skirt on the right and left. It’s pretty small and hard to see, but you can see it when looking closely at the skirt and looking for them. The shoes are in good shape. They have seam lines and mold injection spots. There is some excess plastic in some spots. There are some small mold flaws to the surface of the shoes. It’s hard to see, but when looking closely at the shoes you can see that the surface isn’t totally smooth. The bracelet is in good shape. It also has seam lines and mold injection spots. There is some excess plastic in some spots. On the top of the opening for the bracelt there is some excess plastic that is slightly sharp. It’s not sharp enough to cut someone, but could snag clothing or hair and could leave marks on the doll’s arm. Please examine all pictures to see the exact condition of this doll outfit and please keep in mind some issues are more visible in person compared to pictures.
