In this listing we have a really nice Ken doll outfit. This doll outfit was released by Mattel as part of the Barbie Collector line and originally came with the Ted Lasso doll. This Ken sized doll outfit is really nice. You will get everything the doll was wearing. There’s a light blue, dark blue, and red jacket with printed details, a white jersey knit t-shirt, a pair of dark brown pants with ironed on decals at the hips, a one piece yellow plastic whistle with an a fake plastic chain (the front of the whistle is painted silver), a pair of semi translucent brown sunglasses, a pair of black plastic sneakers with white painted soles, and a white plastic soccer ball with black plastic details. This outfit is designed for the current Ken doll body and will fit similar sized dolls. The jacket has a working zipper in the front, the shirt closes in the back with Velcro, the pants have an elastic waist, the whistle is open in the back, and the shoes have a slit down the back to help them go on the doll’s feet. This doll outfit was made in Indonesia. My pictures came out a little saturated, the colors are a bit more muted in person.

This doll outfit is in good shape. It has never been played with and was just removed from the box. It does have some factory related issues. The jacket is in good shape. There are some excess threads at the bottom opening of the jacket on the right and left side. There’s also some excess threads at the cuffs from the side seams. The side seams at the cuffs are a little uneven, one side is a little longer compared to the other. There is some puckering to the side seams at both underarms, mostly at the armpits. On the top of the zipper the very top of the zipper is folded over on it’s self. On both sides there is a white mark on the outside where it looks like they melted the edges of the zipper, intentionally. The plastic looks slightly rough there. Not rough enough to cut someone, but they could be sharp enough to snag clothing or hair. The t-shirt is in nice shape. This is a really nice classic shirt. It has excess threads in the back where the Velcro is sewn on and at both side seams at the armholes. The back is slightly uneven with one side a little longer compared to the other. The side seams are also a little uneven with one side a little longer compared to the other. The shirt is a little wrinkled at the waist where it was tucked into the shirt. Along the front neckline of the shirt there is some stitches showing on the collar piece that is only visible in a couple spots. It’s a small cosmetic error, but it’s small. The shirt is a little linty overall. The pants are in good shape. They have excess threads in the back of the waistband at the back hem and at the bottom of the pant legs from the side seams. The back hem and the side seams at the pant legs are a little uneven with one side a little longer compared to the other. I would be careful with the printed logos on the pants. The printing will crack and peel off over time. I would be very careful stretching the jacket since that would cause them to crack. There is some chipping around the edges of the logo on the right side. That’s how it was out of the box. The whistle is in good shape. It does have seam lines and mold injection spots. There is some excess plastic in some spots. The paint is a bit sloppy on it. It’s just on the front of the whistle, but there’s some random spots of paint here and there. The plastic used for it, especially the chain, is very thin. I would be careful with it because it could be easy to accidentally bend or warp the chain. The shoes are in good shape. They have seam lines and mold injection spots, with some excess plastic in some spots. Along the edges of both soles are mold injection spots with some excess obvious plastic. The white paint is a little sloppy. In some spots it goes over the molded edge, and it other spots it stops short of the molded edge. There are some splotches of white paint here and there on the shoes. The plastic used for the shoes is on the thinner side, I’d just be careful with them, they could be prone to tearing. There are some molding flaws here and there to the shoes. It’s pretty minor, but they’re just not totally smooth on the surface when looking them up close. The glasses are in good shape. They also have seam lines and mold injection spots. There is some excess plastic in some spots. There is an air bubble on the top right of the right lens. There looks to be another small air bubble on the left side of the left lens. They are made from a very thin plastic. I would be careful with them. The arms would especially be easy to bend or warp accidentally. The soccer balls is in good shape. It does have seam lines and mold injection spots. They didn’t do a great job aligning the front and back at the seam, so they don’t match up perfectly along the seams. They didn’t do a good job painting the black spots on the ball. The paint mostly stops short of covering the entire edge where it should be. There’s also a spots where the edge of the section next to the black spots were slightly painted. It’s not bad, but certainly not perfect. Please examine all pictures to see the exact condition of this doll outfit and please keep in mind some issues are more visible in person compared to pictures.
