New, unworn. From stock purchased from a distributor in the 1990s. The copyright and licensing info on the back is too difficult to read, but it sees to be licensed and officially produced and sold.
The pendant/medallion is 2" long x 1" wide. The image is 3-dimensional (see photos), not a flat design. Very cool.
The chain measures about 16" long.
