Remember when bidding that eBay does not determine shipping costs. The cost of shipping by eBay is an estimate. Ebay doesnot know the location of the buyer in advance. Ebay cost estimates do not include the premium charged by carriers for items longer than 30 inches. Will not ship unless the buyer gets the correct shipping costs based on length,weight and buyer location. The Post Office charges a $7 premium for items 30 inches or longer. I will not ship unless the $7 premium is added to the eBayestimate of shipping costs. See photo above.
