I am selling this counted cross stitch pattern “Church Cottage, Devon” from a series of English Cottages.

This 1989 pattern is Down Under Designs Leaflet No. DDL205. The leaflet has a page of general instructions including the legend, options for 7 design sizes and then a page with the black and red chart for this cross stitch.

The pattern has never been used but after being stored for many years the edges are slightly worn, with spots and scuff marks and it has age discoloration on the two inside pages. The inside is still in very good condition, very readable and ready to be used! The photos form part of the item’s description so please view them carefully.
