This is one of many personal item cassettes (I am not a dealer) collected many years ago - this one in the '90s. Seldom played and stored in very good conditions. I have listened to both sides just prior to this posting and can state that the recordings on both sides are clear and run smoothly without fault. 1969 recording is as clear as a bell.
