  Shows maps of Monroe, Stepney, and Birdseys, shows land owners at the time of publishing.

  From the atlas of the vicinity of New York, by Beers, 1867. The map is in good condition for age.

  There is a 1'' tear on the lower left and 3/4 past the nearline. A frame will cover all nearline flaws

  Some age dark spots. Overall the map is in good frameable condition.

   Dimensions are: 15 3/4 to the x 12 1/2'' to the nearline,
