For sale is an early version, hard to find Tri-ang R.155 Transcontinental Diesel Switcher with ***SMOOTH CAB ROOF*** numbered 5007, with red lining.

The item comes boxed and runs when power applied.

The Switcher body appears to be in very good clean condition, the railings and horn are tarnished as can be seen in the photographs. There is a couple of areas on the cab roof where the black paint has come off, the red lettering, numbers and lining look to be in pretty good condition.

The underside looks to be clean and the non-powered bogie wheels move freely.

The locomotive runs in both directions when power applied.

The included box is in fair and solid condition. The internal cardboard inserts are not original. The box does have some writing on the front as can be seen in the photographs.
