Seller: Alley-Antiques DESCRIPTION: Vintage Russian fur Ushanka or Trapper hat. Authentic Russian Ushanka, trapper, or bomber hat. Genuine mink fur. The inner label is in Russian and pretty worn label. Made by Pot Poht. I put size medium, it fits larger than a 7 1/8, probably 7 3/4. It is a mans hat but easily can be worn by a woman. Has the Elmer Fudd type ear flaps. You can use the tie strings to tie flaps around chin or you can tie flaps up and not use the ear flaps. Pics #4 and #5 have flaps tied up  The hat is vintage and dates to the 1960s or 1970s. The color is a dark brown black. Condition is very good for age. No heavy wear or holes.
