This is a used Corgi Toys #1145 Unimog Mercedes gooseneck dump truck, with spring suspension.  It's in fair condition and would make a great candidate for restoration.  It is missing one headlight jewel, needs new tires (most are incorrect or flat-spotted) & missing the spare tire (tires are available on eBay).  Note that there is a crack in the windshield.  However, both mirrors are intact.  Take a look at the images and be sure to click on them for enlargements & close-ups.
