We used these units for about 2 years until we upgraded to a king bed and the new Ooler units. They were used sparingly after that in the spare bedroom when we had guests over. The units will be 4 years old in July. We are downsizing and no longer need the units.
There is one power cable missing. These units were cleaned regularly with Chili Pad's cleaning solution and we only used distilled water.
