We do not have the means to test this item. We had an extra power cord (not included with the offer) - the unit does power up, the lights illuminate and the disc drawer is operable.

Cosmetically the top of the unit has some scratches. Slight yellowing to the face. The bottom is nice and clean with all 4 pads so it is level.
