This is a pre-owned collectible.  Acceptable shape as seen in the images.  Please look over the images closely for any flaws, marks or defects.  There is some sort of fluid damage to the lid, unsure what.  It's missing diskette #1, the prior own made their own.  Untested but honestly these things are more shelf display items than for using as people tend get the ROMs online than to try to install the ones off of the diskettes as it can be very fussy and hard to do so.  I don't have the manuals to go with this, only the sheets you see in the images.  This is a VERY old game and you have to be a bit of a techy to get them to work on newer PCs.
