All parts are tested when possible, to maintain our quality used parts policy. All parts are sold in an “As Is” state or otherwise stated in the condition description. 
Our Items:
Buyers, please look through all the images in detail as what you see is exactly what you get, if you the buyer are unsure on something please message us to clarify, however, we do not give out mechanical advice or advice directing you to what item interchanges with what. Please ensure you the buyer use due diligence where possible.

 We do our best to ensure everything is described as accurately as possible, it is also your duty to see if that is what you are after (Matching part numbers etc…)

If the item was not as described, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We endeavour to list HD images of the item listed to show the quality of the item you the customer are buying.

Payment Policy: 
If item is not paid for within 7 days the order will be cancelled unless a prior agreement has been made. Regarding items the buyer has sent and agreed to an offer, please have payment made by 2 – 3 days from agreed offer or Beverford Motors has the right to cancel and relist the item.
 

Postage Policy: 

We use and recommend Australia Post for our flat rate items to ensure safer and faster delivery.

 
 
All postage items are dispatched within 2 business days upon receipt of payment. Please allow on average up to 4 to 8 business days for Australian domestic delivery. Remote areas may take longer. 
 
If postage is not included, please get in contact with us to provide us with your full shipping address including postcode.

Large items (engines, transmissions, interior & exterior parts) may sometimes be delivered to your nearest depot only. This will be discussed usually in the freight quote.

Please Note: Beverford Motors takes no responsibility for lost or damaged items during the postage process, any claims must be handled through the carrier.

Warranty & Returns Policy

If you have purchased the incorrect item by mistake or from lack of due diligence, there will be a restocking fee with the reason of “Item Opened” from eBay’s return reasons. The return cost may be up to 50% of the cost of the listed item for Beverford Motors to regain any losses from eBay’s transaction and store fee’s.

If you want to return an item after the 30-days warranty period is up, we hold the right to decline your return unless prior arrangement is made or the return stems from a fault of the listing.

All our used items come with a 30-day warranty unless otherwise stated.
