Soft Flexible Plastic construction with Hard Plastic Buckles.  These are the LC2 (ALICE) style Web Belts.  Pictures are Stock Photos, Actual Items for sale are identical.  This is a miniature toy, not a real item, for use with 12" (1/6th Scale) action figures from Hot Toys, G.I. Joe, Blue Box, Dragon, Soldier Story, and many other companies.  This will not fit real people.
