THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION….PRICED TO SELL… LIONEL JERSEY CENTRAL LINES FM DIESEL POWERED LOCOMOTIVE #2341. This was made in 1956. This was wrapped in a thick beach towel and placed in a generic cardboard box which literally fell apart when I picked it up. The battery compartment is SPOTLESS, it looks like a kid never got his hands on this….very well preserved….The 1996 DATED receipt said LOCO, DIESEL,FM, JERSEY CENTRAL - 0, gloss….the price was $850.00……this was purchased at a train show and just put away in the closet….this has been in long term storage for years….FOR COMPARISON ONLY: please see eBay item# 296445426147 this looks like the same exact item as mine, WHY?
