If your order does not arrive on time, please wait another 7 days before contacting us. Usually, the parcel is delivered during this time. Also make sure that the address provided is correct. If you still do not receive your order, please send us a message and we will do our best to fix the problem. 

All orders are processed the same or the next business day, depending on the time of purchase (3pm). The date of shipment and the service that was used are shown on the package, so it is easy to check when it was shipped.
