I purchased Lips the Rainbow Fish for my daughter’s collection. Lips has been protected in a plastic container and is in new mint condition. The ty tag is mint (no creases, dents, tears, writing, fading, or sticker damage) and is encased in a plastic protector. It has a yellow star on the tag. The tush tag has a hologram above Lips' name. Lips' birth date is shown on the tag as 3/15/99, and was retired on 12/23/99. Lips is stuffed with Polyester Fiber and P.E. Pellets. More details may be observed in the photos.
