The Franklin Tile Company started in 1923 in Lansdale Pennsylvania and was the origin of what is now the American Oleon / Daltile / Mohawk Industries. Wood still looks fresh , no rot. One lower side panel is missing. Guaranteed authentic period crate. Possibly dateable by paper label and stamping info on the end panel.
