Wonderful vintage surplus from the USA's Navy. This general service shirt was issued across the board during the cold war and was designed for general purpose use and smaller ceremonial tasks. It is made of a soft and comfortable poly-cotton blend making it easy to wash and flexible in a range of activities.

This particular shirt belonged to a gentleman with the name of "T. H. Leutzinger", as shown by the name patch. The design follows most field shirts in having 2 chest pockets for storing smaller items, in addition to button cuffs. All buttons feature engraved anchors, which adds a lovely nautical touch to each piece.
