This is the iconic "Marcie" medium pebbled leather saddle bag in Cashmere Grey from French fashion house Chloé. 

Very Good pre-owned condition – NOTES: signs of wear include some tarnish on hardware, wear on leather edges/piping on back where bag rests against clothing, along the bottom back edge, and on the leather closure loop; small pen dot on inside of top flap; small stains on interior cloth of main compartment and pocket but overall pretty clean – see photos.
