THIS PARTICULAR ITEM
For your consideration is a Wilesco D16 Live Steam Engine manufactured in Germany in the mid to late 1960s.
It is in good mechanical condition and has been air tested (video).
It is complete, except for the original box. All the parts are Wilesco original.
It has been refurbished to a very nice condition but keep in mind that it is 60 years old.
There is a small dent just below the filler plug on top of the boiler (photo).

You will need some solid fuel (anywhere camping supplies are sold) and distilled water is highly recommended.
Please note that if an item has been only "air tested", it might need some work or adjustments to make it run on steam. Often, older gaskets have dried up and need replacement. My hands aren't steady enough anymore for the precise work of cutting new gaskets. I wish I could...
