Fenton Custard Glass Bell Basket Weave Hand Painted Signed Flowers Rose Floral.Hand Painted Roses are highlighted on horizontal cartouches with scroll-like sides on both sides of the bell. The rest of the bell surface is a textured basket weave pattern. The handle is smooth. There is an original Fenton sticker underneath inside the bell.
