We note the imprint is July 12, 1724 and across the top is an early manuscript notation of a 14 July 1724 date, very likely when it was posted up (?).

Rare early 18th century German broadside announcing a fire in the city of Ohrdruf and a formal request to begin collecting charity to aid in rebuilding.

Nice looking example, pleasing age patina, old damp staining and wrinkling, any minor age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
