Engine/ Gearbox. Isuzu 42 HP with PRM 150 gearbox, fitted around 2010, and still has less than 300 hours running time logged.

The boat is fitted out in oak faced ply and solid oak throughout giving an oak panelled effect, with oak flooring throughout.

Ideally suited for long term liveaboard, or extended cruising, Wendreda has been fitted out to a high standard using top quality materials. 

Layout from the Front:

Newly painted cratch board with Wilson cover. Diesel heating tank/ seat with cushion. Forward locker containing one 13Kg propane gas bottle.Anti slip deckboard.

Entering the boat through the double doors into a spacious saloon. Morso diesel stove on starboard side. Central heating to bedroom radiator and twin coil calorifier providing hot water to bathroom and galley. Port side oak corner unit extending to a fitted drop down table with folding chairs behind. Bookshelf. Access to 120 gallon stainless steel water tank and on demand water pump behind the front step.

Central unit containing candy washing machine with vanette built-in oven and grill above. Delonghi microwave oven and grill with storage cupboard above. Further cupboard to the right of the central unit. Solid wood worktop with inset sink and hob. Drawer and storage cupboards beneath. Starboard side, solid wood worktop with fridge beneath and further cupboard space with built in drawer. Italian hand-made tiled splash backs to both sides of the galley.

Steel oak lined side doors. Full height storage cupboard.

Bathroom

Fully tiled bathroom with large sink built into oak vanity unit. Brass taps throughout,Kensington bath with shower mixer over. Thetford c200 cassette toilet with electric flush from pressurised water system,includes spare cassette. Solid brass towel rail. Opening porthole.

Full sized permanent double bed (6’2” x 4’) with oak cupboard over containing two brass reading lamps. Wardrobes on both sides with mirrored bifold doors and various under bed storage cupboards. Twin coil calorifier with immersion also located beneath bed. Pigeon box. Radiator for central heating.

Double doors to oak lined engine room. Isuzu 42 marine diesel with low hours, under removable deck boards.Freedom 20 inverter charger with 2000VA (4500VA surge) output and 100 A charger with remote panel and RCD. Morse control and engine control panel. Solar charge controllers, Large storage cupboards on both sides. Step down into the bedroom. Step contains 2 x 110Ah domestic and 1 starter battery. Two engine driven alternators, one for domestic, and one for engine start.

The boat is wired for 240V and 12V, with a generous amount of Georgian brass sockets throughout. Recessed downlights to galley, bathroom and saloon with low power LED bulbs. 12 V fluorescent lights in bedroom and engine room.

Three solar panels, totalling 160W.

Cabin sides are Masons coach paint in midnight blue and cream with dark red coach lines.Solid brass portholes and mushroom vents and navigation lights.Built in plank and pole rest. Front and rear fenders in black. Steel front and rear doors.

The vessel could be converted fairly easily to a pump-out toilet as a deck fitting is already in place and there is room for a holding tank beneath the bed.

Please note that no mooring is offered with the boat,and should one be required at its current location, it would need to be by separate negotiation with the marina management prior to buying the vessel. The boat is moored in Ramsey, Cambs.
