This is from the Go-Bots line of Transformers.

Part of the 2002 release by Takara Tomy.

It is the first Formula 1 Go-Bot toy.

In car mode, measures 5.5" long, 4.5" wide, and 2.5" tall.

In robot mode, measures 6" tall.

Easy to transform with spring-loaded parts.

Item is in good, used condition.

Has some scuffs and scrapes from play.
