Vintage Lot of 6 CRONIN CHINA COMPANY ZEPHYR Teacups, Saucers, and 6" Side Plate - 1930s in Red-Orange, Cobalt Blue USA
This is for a lot of six total pieces, including three teacups, two saucers, and one 6" side plate made by the Cronin Pottery Company from the Zephyr Line in fun vintage colors - red (appears orange), cobalt blue - the most sought after vintage colorware colors! They have a Harlequin and Fiesta -esqe look to them as Homer Laughlin's Harlequin and Fiesta lines were extremely popular - other brands wanted to get into the colorware scene!
If you or someone you know loves vintage colorware, or fun color bowls to eat out of - these are for you!
Condition: Overall, very good vintage preowned condition. No chips or cracks. Some small amount of under the glaze crazing present. Some glaze unevenness, common with vintage factory production pottery. Pieces may have other small factory production imperfections such as glaze skips, sand bumps, glaze pops, etc - little issues on these pieces. See all pictures.
