Cool Vintage Reliance Tachometer with White Porcelain Face - 3,600 RPMs.

I do not know what this originally came with.

Quite Nice Cosmetic Condition.  

Both Tachometer and Meter/Counter tested functional with electric drill.

There is a ding in the brass input thread end (see last photo).  

I was able to screw in a speedometer cable and it snugged up fine.  

I am happy to combine shipping.
