Vintage Roly Poly Santa Claus in ok condition. Should wind up and play music, it clicks when wound but does not turn back at all. Looks like the furry beard is missing, damage to his right arm and a little dirty. Not sure if it can be fixed but maybe someone wants to try or possibly use parts for another one.
