A vintage post World War II awarded Freemasons hospital jewel. Engraved on the rear "W. Bro. E. Stephens No. 1295". Lodge 1295 is Scottish, St. Columba, Inverness. Latin to the face ribbon mount translating as "kindness heals the sick". FH initials for Finsbury Park Hospital.

The jewel height is 6.5cm excluding the ribbon and approx 3.5cm wide. The 20p coin is a size reference.

Condition: The jewel has a little age related surface patina. The pin on the ribbon is rather grubby. The ribbon is original and a little dirty. No hallmarks and it is clearly base metal and not silver, probably aluminium.
