I wanted a safe with mechanical lock, the shop didn't have any so immediately when got the safe delivered a locksmith came and replace it. So this "technically" is new but I am listing it as "Used" because was used for the delivery folks and my locksmith to open the safe. Please note that there is no instructions manual with it, you will receive what you see in the pictures.
