Here is a 400 ft 16mm home movie reel with 175 ft of awesome film footage of Albany, NY dating from 1931 based on the KODAK FILM CODE symbols seen along the edge of the film. 

The title says: "CITY OF ALBANY FROM TOWER EMPIRE STATE BUILDING".

This film once belonged to "L.J. Shearer" from Cohoes, NY. Please see all the pictures I put up to get a good feel for the content that is on this reel as they are a main part of the description. 

The film appears to be in great condition with no issues that I could see and just needs a new leader at the start of the film.  No vinegar smell.
