As a professional clarinetist, I purchased this used fantastic C Clarinet about 40 years ago. It is estimated to be about 100 years old. While primarily a jazz musician, I also play Greek music as well as Klezmer. The C Clarinet is the REAL sound called for in those ethnic performances as the sound is unique.
The instrument has a serial # of 11087. However, I have never known the manufacture identification. I have played the clarinet on hundreds of professional engagements.
I have taken very good care of the instrument to include a high quality case. Also, included in the asking price, is a pickup with a quarter inch male connector. The pickup is very useful in large crowd situations.
