This item in my EBAY store is an EAPG CLEAR McKEE & BROTHERS  "MAJESTIC"  HIGH STANDARD FTD. "BANANA STAND".   This Early American Pattern Glass McKee & Brothers "MAJESTIC" high standard ftd. "BANANA STAND" is antique glass that has survived well over 100 years of survival and because of age has now become a  beautiful family heirloom piece of glass that is in excellent condition having NO chips, cracks, scratches and no glass staining;   I have gone over and over this "MAJESTIC" "BANANA STAND" and all feels finger smooth around the serrated edge around the top and bottom skirt, the intricate pattern itself and around the bottom foot, the stem is a hollow stem that is shown in the photos, the glass itself is thick glass that is extremely clear quality glass, a characteristic of the "McKEE & BROTHERS" glass along with the weight of this "BANANA STAND" that surely was first made into a "cake stand" then formed into this American beauty called a "BANANA STAND";   I may also add that this EAPG CLEAR McKEE BROTHERS  "MAJESTIC"  HIGH STANDARD FTD. "BANANA STAND" is an early "MAJESTIC" vintage antique glass "BANANA STAND" that has been used and displayed over many years and still remains in beautiful heirloom condition;   This Early American Pattern Glass clear McKee & Brothers "MAJESTIC" high standard ftd. "BANANA STAND" that I have here does have the EAPG characteristics of the EAPG era of the glass making process having stress marks, straw marks and air bubbles sometimes seen inside the glass of Early American Pattern Glass, these characteristics are and can be seen inside the glass of this Early American Pattern Glass McKee & Brothers "MAJESTIC" high standard ftd. "BANANA STAND" that was done during the production of this  "MAJESTIC" ftd. "BANANA STAND" and is NOT considered damage, any questions at all please e-mail me;   This Early American Pattern Glass McKee & Brothers "MAJESTIC" high standard ftd.
