Vintage Britains England Lead 1950s, Worker With Swing Water Barrel #564.  The set includes the man, the cart and the barrel (the cart and barrel (separate - 2 pieces).  The man is just over 2 inches high.  The cart is 2 1.8 inches long, 1 1/2 inches wide and 1 1/8 inches high.  The barrel is 1 inch high and 3/4 of an inch in diameter.  Both cart wheels turn and the barrel swings gently in the cart as intended.
