This is very old and heavy , unfortunately I found only this one. I’ve looked on the web at hundreds of model liberty bell bookends and such and did not find another just like it. It appears to be finely cast steel or iron with a thick uniform copper plating. Not just a copper wash. It is ferrous metal as a magnet sticks firmly to it. There is a remnant of a brownish felt pad on the bottom. I expect it is one of a pair of identical bookends originally. Most likely true antique vintage. From the quality of the casting my guess would be late 1800s. The embossing on the Bell is : Proclaim Liberty Throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants There of. Size : 3 ¾” tall x 3 ¾” wide. Actual weight is 1 ½ pounds.
