READ DESCRIPTION

Figure is complete, no pieces missing. All lights work - BUT - There is NO SOUND - All lights work fine, but the white lights around the house flask together randomly, looks like maybe a lightning effect? Maybe the sound is thunder and lightning? I do not know but I do not know how to fix the sound issue.
