Here is  a doll that I believe is a clone to a Penny Brite doll or Tammy's sister Pepper.  She is probably from the 1960's. She was probably sold in a grocery  or 5 and dime store.   She doesn't look played with.  This doll is not in bad shape, but does have some dirt to doll, and light staining to dress.   Please see pictures or ask questions for details.
