Royal Haeger Mid-Century Modern Aquamarine Pitcher Green Texture 1960-1964

This pitcher vase is part of the line "Green Texture", which is RARE. It was produced in the early 1960s and the colors are stunning! There is a blend of blue and green throughout the piece, developed on top of a brown and yellow base. The interior is glazed and from the top you can see the greenish brown colors.

I took the pictures in different occasions, so that you can see the effects of the diffuse light on the foamy texture. It is a beautiful pottery for decoration. It is in excellent condition. If you love Mid-Century Modern design style and pottery, the blend of colors and textures on this vase is close to perfection! There is a very small chip on the white base, visible only if you turn the vase pitcher upside down - see pictures - but it doesn't compromise the design.

Other pieces of the Green Line of Royal Haeger are featured on the book "The Haeger Glases - the Ed Blass Collection" by the same author, on page 142, that I used as a reference for the time period in which the vase was produced.
