I was told we're working a few years ago when a technician tested them out but haven't been used in a while. All transformers check ok. Good tested 6L6, rectifiers hadn't been tested.

Units are offered as  untested, and has not been powered up in many years.

Amps are just by themselves no rack is included.

Should be looked over by electronics technician
