You get the comforter, the 2 embroidered pillows and the 2 sham covers (no pillows inside the shams)

The comforter pictured is what you get.  I put it on our guest bed (a queen size)and just realized it was supposed to be turned with the stripes going sideways, but you get the idea.

We never used the and it has been stored in a closet, I accidentally ripped the strap on the carrying bag removing it from the closet. (see last pic of the ripped bag)
