In overall good vintage condition. Won't stay open as has been kept closed for a very long time - would need to be stretched on the wall. The metal part on the front is off but can be probably glued back. There's also a slight tear on the back (NOT on the front), as pictured.

Approximate measurements: 52" wide (when NOT fully stretched) and about 35" long when closed.
