Not graded but in exceptional condition.  Double sleeved.  This is Ken Griffey, Jr, Topps All Star Rookie 1990 Card.  It shows a bloody scar on this left arm.  There is debate as to whether this is a rare card or not, some say there are others that have been corrected to remove the scar, others say they were all printed like this and none have been corrected.  This card is in excellent condition and ready for your collection.
