Hard to find Effanbee Official Junior Girl Scout African American Doll measures 8.5". She is wearing the scout uniform dress with belt, including under shorts, socks and shoes, and hat with emblem. Doll is very good condition - includes bottom of box (no lid) that has scratches on it - please refer to photos. Cross-posted.
