JABO Peltier Mansion Marble
Collector Series
Multimica 1 Lucky Horseshoe
MINT
Run Date: 9/11/08

This is the first of a group of JABO Peltier Mansion marbles that I will be selling out of my keeper vault. It's time to part with some of my best JABOs and this exquisite run of marbles is the prize. This is one of the most coveted JABO marble runs due to a variety of reasons...the superb glass quality used in the run, the glass color design by the marble artists and just the plain rarity of finding these marbles. For you serious collectors, take a look and check out these rare mint examples of the JABO Peltier Mansion marble run...

This JABO Peltier Mansion Run had some famously named families due to the wide variety of designs inside this one run. Some examples are as follows: Purple Betty, Zygote, Salmon Skin, Red Roller, Brown Ethers, Multimica 1, Multimica 2, Yellow Fineline, Katydid, Katydid Reds, Aventurine Feathers, Brown Feathers and Red Aventurine Swirls. One of the extremely rare marble families is the Katydid marble family. This JABO Peltier Mansion Run had some famously named families due to the wide variety of designs inside this one run. Some examples are as follows: Purple Betty, Zygote, Salmon Skin, Red Roller, Brown Ethers, Multimica 1, Multimica 2, Yellow Fineline, Katydid, Katydid Reds, Aventurine Feathers, Brown Feathers and Red Aventurine Swirls.

This marble for sale is the Multimica 1. The unique characteristic about this family is the wispy fine glass threads formed within the interior of the transparent base glass. This gives a very delicate and feminine feel to a finely crafted glass art marble. The additional lavender glass adds a touch of class to an already highly collectable marble. Lastly, the coveted green aventurine glass is also included inside this marble in very minute amounts...you can see it in these pictures...there is just so many cool features here. The one special feature of this particular Multimica 1 marble is that horseshoe shape in the first photo. This is a very serendipitous lucky horseshoe feature that happens only once in a while. This is absolutely one heck of a keeper marble for sure. You won't find many of these types for sale anywhere. Collectors will see this value and my guess is that it will sell rather quickly.

This will be another fine example of the Peltier Mansion marble family to add to your collection. These marbles are so unique and so desirable...I really enjoyed collecting these Peltier Mansion and now it is time to let others enjoy them also.

I try my best to take high resolution pictures with flash to show exactly what you are getting. I try to rotate the marble to give multiple views. This marble was manufactured using the 3/4" machine and the size of this particular marble is 0.717" in diameter.
Note 1: I tried various lighting conditions to show the fine glass structure inside, so you will see some photos that have a bright light spot near the bottom of the marble. This is not a flaw or any problem area, just a result of the lighting condition. Note 2: I can't be certain, but I think the horseshoe glass is actually a remnant of the silver metal that was added to this Peltier Mansion run. These silver type marbles sell for hundreds of dollars, so you might want to take a chance and hit the jackpot with this lucky gem.
