The piece is made with German Silver ( frame & hand chain ) w/ a fabric lining.

The bag is top hinged, please see photo # 5.

The piece is marked and dated, please see the top of photo # 11.

The chain measures 17” in total length.

The interior has a snap coin purse & and open pocket.
